Armstrong Repair Center was started in 1968 by Roy & Marolyn Armstrong and began as a small coffee service. We have certainly gone through a lot of changes since then and now Armstrong Repair Center is the fastest growing service company in Southeast Texas. We currently have 3 locations including Houston, Austin & College Station and are the factory authorized servicer for over 140 manufacturers of commercial cooking equipment. Health Care Coverage:
Armstrong Repair Center pays for 100% of your health care insurance coverage. In addition, we offer prorated coverage for your dependents. We offer both HMO and PPO plans through national carriers as well as optional dental and vision care.
401(k):
After 1 year of employment you are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. The plan is locally administered and is currently held with Aetna. Armstrong does offer competitive matching on your contribution.
Vacation/Sick Days:
After 1 year of employment your are eligible for 1 week of paid vacation. After your third year you are eligible for 2 weeks. After 6 months of continuous employment you are eligible for 5 sick days per year.
